Welcome to Brook Chef Services
My name is Liam Estabrook, I have been privileged enough to work in some of the best 5 Star hotels and award winning Gastro pubs England and Scotland has to offer, from the
world famous Torridon Hotel in the West coast Highlands to the award winning Fife Arms in the beautiful Cairngorms and down to the Fabulous Gilpin Hotel in the Lake District to name a few, From maintaining Rosettes to pushing for Michelin stars, taking inspiration from different locations and styles of food along the way.
Cooking in amazing locations with extremely high standards is something I never took for granted, these standards and attention to detail are something that always remain with me.
My passion lies in cooking fresh seasonal food and be able to really explore the local produce Norfolk has available, keeping it simple and letting the ingredients do the talking.
